All orders in Australia are shipped through Auspost only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to Auspost norms. Yesprints is not liable for any delay in delivery by Auspost and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to Auspost within 3-5 business days from the date of ordering and payment received or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
Yesprints is responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
You can track your parcel once your order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number. Using the tracking number provided, you can track your parcel at http://auspost.com/track
RETURNS IN CASE OF DAMAGED ITEM
Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item is not available with us, you will receive a refund for the original cost of the item (excluding the shipping charges).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
